Balck with black net pattern along one edge. Oiled. Possibly made of mamaki (Pipturus sp.) (Kaeppler). Sleeping tapa (kapa moe) (Ka Hana Kapa). Acquired during the United States Exploring Expedition (1838-1842) by Titian R. Peale. Ka Hana Kapa #365.
