Description | Tanburu-vina (Zither?). Tubular wooden body with wooden sound board and gourd back to body. Back of neck flares out to attach to gourd. Leaf-shaped wooden pieces extend from neck piece over gourd. Leaf-shaped tail piece attached at bottom to hold 4 metal strings. Flat ivory bridge. Poor condition - gourd fragmented, neck pieces loose and soundboard detached. |
