Description | Preserving irregular portion of body wall Vessel: pot Ware: buff reddish brown Paste: medium to large grit and some chaff temper Surface: wheel lines smoothed outside (reduced somewhat) inside coil bands or deep wheel turn grooves (oxidized) Core: brown Grit: black and deep red Wheelmade motif: above 4 bands of triangular indentations borded by two wheel turned grooves. Below: wavy line motif variation. |
