Description

This vessel is light orange ware with red-painted decoration. It has a rim that is leveled on the interior a globular body, with maximum width in the lower body and a flat but oval base. Bottom of the base is rough. Decorated with red paint. There is a solid line along the interior of the rim; on the exterior upper body there is widely spaced cross-hatching - this ends about half-wat down the sides without a formal border. This pot has been reconstructed from several small sherds.
