Description | Turtle shell with deer hoofs attached to leather straps. A band of leather is tied around the side wall (bridge) of the shell and the hoofs are attached to that band. Two straps are also attached to the band which then attach to a leather flap which still has white fur. The turtle shell is painted with red and black border stripes, a medial red stripe, and possibly other designs that are now faded. |
