Description

Buff ware. High foot with wide base; wide ridge around middle of stem. Bowl is shallow with convex sides and wide flat rim extending beyond both the outer and inner sides of the bowl. Incised lines around top of rim on both edges. Red painted decoration in bands around exterior of body and foot; interior of bowl painted red; band of red paint around top of rim.
