Description

Package of 3 supported tops - Plastic wheels with blades. Launcher or support has spring resistant axle. Pulling on string against tension of spring gives rapid rotation to wheels. The whole is a variant of the flying top, but not as well designed as older versions. Chief advantage is plastic material of construction (Light; no injury if it strikes a person. Made in Hong Kong; imported by Shimmel of Brooklyn and given name of lunar Orbiters.
