Description | Decorated. Included bands of bobbin weave. Little birds in chevrons. Rectangular fragment of a plain weave cotton with bands of bobbin weave (single-faced) with floats on verso. There are 4 bands with a chevron design with small birds. At one end, there is a running stitch (function unclear). Also at this end, the edge is bound. The ground fabric is a cotton plain weave. Color(s): Tan, yellow, red and black. |
