Description | Cup or bowl with rounded profile, with depressed area near rim where lug or handle was once attached. Light gray (10YR 6/1) core with pinkish gray (5YR 7/2) surface on interior of vessel and light gray (10YR 6/1) to very dark gray (2.5YR N3/ ) surface on exterior of vessel, with light brown (7.5YR 6/4) area at rim. Exterior is burnished and has rudimentary mottled effect with light brown at rim, light gray at shoulder, and very dark gray on lower part of body. Underside unpainted. Restored from fragments. Only one side preserved. |
