Sommerville: Onyx. Antinous, favorite of Hadrian. Greek and Roman Cameos, Case Z.

Vermeule: Onyx. Cameo. (Unmounted). Bust of a youth facing, head turned slightly to right. Drapery pinned with a brooch on left shoulder falls diagonally. Sommerville identifies him as Antinoos, but the features are some ideal conception of the IInd or IIIrd. A.D.
