Description | Pottery; unslipped buff; one arm and lower half of one leg missing; other leg and head glued; long flowing hair (hood?) of brown wax, wax spot on chest; figure probably male, legs and buttocks very rounded, upper body very flat; nose short, straight; eyes two incised circles, line for mouth, four parallel horizontal lines around arm, three above knee; some horizontal and vertical lines below knee, straight lines run forward and backward from side of legs, one pair meeting at center back, other at navel indicated by hole. |
