Description

Warp: \ wool; dark-brown

Weft: \ linen; ud: \/ linen; ud: \ wool; dark-brown, mixed-brown-purple, red.

Technique: Tapestry over one warp.

Wide clavi bands with narrow guard bands carrying repeated conventional patterns embroidered. Red band near edge and at end of sleeve. Sleeve drapes have double bands of hexagonal interlace. See Class IV (E 1443, card 6) for border.
