Description | Hourglass shaped wooden drum with skin head on each end. Heads held in place by strings tied between wooden bands around each head. String wound tightly around middle of drum and covered with red and blue cloth strips which are braided to form a handle. Body is painted red and brown. Poor condition. Body cracked and one head is ripped badly. Wooden bands once had skin covering. |
