Description | Riu, Teki, Dragon, one of a set of four used in Noh dance. No-sho. Others are A720, A721, A722. Wooden, transverse flute in two sections joined by a peg, wrapped in white paper with lettering, top section has head of dragon carved and painted, gold raised designs between bands of red thread, other section has ten holes, the first two are probably mouth holes, the last two are vents, two vent holes on back, tail of dragon carved at end. |
