Description | For construction see 29-89-193. Foreshaft much reduced in size. Lashing covered with two tubes of plaited plant cuticle. Distal tube held in place by longitudinal strips of same material held down by open knotted lashing of same civering all. Another plaited band covers top of foreshaft and a fourth surrounds the point above this. Decoration of coix seeds and small red feathers. For construction see Biro, Berlinhfen, pl. XVI. Cf.
