Description | Shakuhachi, used especially by students. Vertical flute unnotched, upper end bevelled and inlaid with small ivory pieces. Four frontal holes, one at back. Bamboo, wrapped with wicker stripes in six strips in six bands, lower end slightly flared. Four ovals with letters inside around back hole. Good condition. |
