Painted wood cover, with lower side broken off. The top of the cover is red bordered by black with a modest yellow floral device and a thin yellow line. The underside of the cover depicts a scene with three figures, two doing reverence to the deity in the center. The scene is bordered by red. The background is green. The colors used in the scene are black, two shades of green, several shades of red, lavender, yellow, white, pink, and blue.
