Vermeule: Intaglio. Carnelian. Modern gilt pendant setting. Youthful male figure standing to left holding a laurel branch against an Ionic column, extending his left hand, a goose at his feet: Apollo, Eros or Pothos (Desire). Late Italo-Etruscan.
