Description | Kyathos with a ring foot, slightly flared. Body is concave above the carination, with a high swung strap handle. Surface quite encrusted, so that the fabric is difficult to discern. Black paint may have been applied at some point. The handle is somewhat lumpy, and it is difficult to determine whether it is genuine. There is a discolored semi-circle across the interior of the body, and another lighter circle at the bottom of the interior with radiating lines. Wheel marks are visible on the interior of the rim, the foot, and the undersurface of foot. Note: it has a blue and white sticker with wavy lines, with the number “39” written on it. |
