Description | Point or arrowhead. Flaked stone tool made of black obsidian. Triangular with slightly concave base. Thin. Not translucent. This is one of more than forty bifacially retouched arrowheads with concave bases in the collection. This form of arrowhead occurs in sites from the Jomon to Yayoi Period. They can be found throughout Japan. |
