Description | Black glaze. Ring base, deep convex lower body rising to straight wall and rim. Of the originally two handles only the stubs of one are preserved. Dipped glaze over all except underside of foot. Herring-bone(?) design in applied white just below lip on both sides. Label on underside of foot: "Paestum 1890" |
