Sommerville: Chalcedony. Otho, seventh Emperor of Rome. Gold and Silver Rings - Cameos, Case NNN.

Vermeule: Chalcedony. Cameo. (Modern gold (reset) ring mount) Bust of a youth to right. Head is copied from IVth representations of young Herakles. Italian, 18th or 19th century.
