Description | Work basket and contents. Besides 33760 to 33767 inclusive, the following were also contained in the basket: 14 spindles with whorls and thread, 13 spindles with whorls and no thread, 3 spindles with reed, whorls, 2 plain spindles lashed together, 1 plain spindle, 6 spindles with thread and no whorls, one short knitting needle, 6 long knitting needles (4 with thread), peanut shells, one lot of thread wound on reed, one wooden bottle stopper (?), 11 cones of white and brown wood or cotton, 1 bunch of red yarn, 2 balls of white thread, 1 ball of brown thread, one ball of blue thread, 1 ball of green thread, one broken whorl |
