Description

Intact. Clay greenish-buff to grey; traces of thick white slip. Low base ring and pierced lug handle. Nozzle relatively long and heartshaped, with a central groove. Plain rim, with a knob at either side. Relief mask in the discus, its mouth serving as filling hole. Shallow depression at the center of the bottom probably contained stamped or molded signature, now illegible.
