Description | Hexagonal at base, circular at rim. Base with comparatively large, concave centre painted blue with full face outlines in black; surrounded by a red ring and a six-pointed star in black outline.. Side with arches panels bearing delicate floral designs; upper circular section has blue band with floral design topped by red band. |
