Description | From a flat base, spouted, vessel. Carinated. Red neck with flaring sides. Vertical spout painted red with bands of black lines on buff. Shoulders painted in black curvilinear design on buff. Lower part red. Paper marked, "G.C. 79." See general catalogue: "G.C. 79 ... vessel apparently isolated. Coordinates 174.5 N-170 W. Elev. 9'. Found 2/28. Look for possible relation to B140R16. Shape and style suggest these." |
