Description | Cotton skirt. Plaid formed by broad blue and green and narrower yellow and red stripes. Both the blue warps and wefts are ikat. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 36 epi, single, Z twist, red, green and yellow ikat. Two singles, Z twist, blue and white jaspe. Weft: 44 ppi, single, Z twist, red cotton. Single, Z twist, white/blue jaspe. Two singles, Z twist, green and yellow cotton. Balanced plain weave." |
