Description | Square silver pendant , worn. Two eyes for a cord to pass through. Depicts Ganesha and Lakshmi with a leaf boarder around the scene. A crepe-twisted wool cord (8 S-spun, Z-twisted cords with a final Z-twist) passes thru the eyes. Amulets like these are known by many names including madaliya and patri. |
