Description

Wooden shaft with barbed point: 8 barbs (thorns?), all but one broken off. Shaft covered with woven red and yellow sheathing like that seen on spears from the Northern Solomon Islands(broken in many places). Too short and slender to be a spear, but does not seem to be an arrow either. Sheathing broken in places.
