Description | Rim fragment of an open pot. Handmade. Slightly incurved rim. Part of a protuberance just below rim on exterior. Surface covered with polished buff slip on which the designs are painted in black. On exterior, horizontal line around lip with vertical and diagonal lines below; on interior, four horizontal lines at and below lip, with diagonal lines below them. Red-brown clay. |
