Description | Rim and body sherds; rounded rim and shallow body; red orange ware with unfired core; black and white grit; cream slip interior and exterior; sampled for xeroradiography. Publication says: "XeroRadiograph and drawing of Late Bronze I large bowl (A2.44-9). The lower body retains a great deal of air void circularity in the thick section view, while the upper body has a strong tendency toward parallel-to-surface air voids above the coil remnant. The juncture of the upper and lower body can be seen here, but is not visible in the surface view. Measurement conditions: 60kV, 150mas, 1.00 sec, 1.02 m focal distance." |
