Description | Several handwritten manuscript pages of epic poetry about the holy religious wars of Mohammad, the prophet, with Arab unbelievers and enemies. Possibly these pages, which are not consecutive, are from the book, "Hamleh Heydari (Attack of Heydar)," but this is not certain. Heydar was the title of Ali, the son-in-law of Mohammad. The manuscript is undated. Text in black ink with red text commentary. There are 2 sheets with 4 pages of text numbered 2006-24-1.1a/1b and 2006-24-1.2a/2b. |
