Description

Body-sherd from a closed vessel. Fine, pink (5 YR 7/4) clay with a paler surface, with decoration in brown paint. Wiped with water and burnished. Interior unpainted. Tortoise-shell ripple. Comments: MM III-LM IB. Ripple Ware. See vol. I, no. 24.
