Description

Body-sherd from a closed vessel. Medium textured, pink (7.5YR 7/4) clay with a paler surface, with light and dark inclusions, with decoration in dark brownpaint. Wiped with water. Handmade. Interior unpainted. Bands, isolated spirals, foliate scroll, and drop motif. Surface eroded. The isolated spirals may suggest a late date, but the remainder of the ornament is within the LM IB style.
