Description | [Together with MS4637.73B and MS4637.73C; joined to MS4637.73B.] Body-sherd from a closed vessel. Medium textured, very pale brown (10YR 7-8/3) clay with light and dark inclusions, with ddecoraiton in brown paint and added red paint. Wiped with water and possibly burnished. Handmade. Interior unpainted. Band of berries or flower buds above or below bands. Added red: band between two dark bands. Surface eroded.. |
