Description | On-turep-akam (オントゥレプアカㇺ). Flattened, disc-shaped cake made from wild lily (ooubayuri) tubers. The tubers were pounded until they could be formed into discs and were then left to dry. The discs were then hung over the fireplace and used for adding starch while cooking. |
