Description

Small, flat cotton bag consisting of a back panel of undyed cotton folding over the front to form a flap. This flap is cut in a scalloped design and trimmed with hide dyed black and red. The front panel consists of a series of dyed and resist dyed scraps of cotton cloth sewn together in a quilt-like fashion. The flap is fastened by a hide loop and a bone or ivory button. The cotton colors are blue, red, yellow, natural and brown.
