Description | Rectangular container made of one piece of birchbark cut, folded, and secured with wooden splints; front and sides decorated with appliques of birchbark stained brown and black and cut into a double ogee design; side applique secured with vegetable fiber; back edge further strengthened with birchbark bands attached with wooden splints. |
