Description | Ski pole of carved wood; consists of two pieces joined a third of the way down with a dovetail-like joint; wide flattened handle with a notch at either side narrows into the main body of the pole; a series of incised bands decorated the area of the joint; the base of the pole is curved slightly inward; a hole and several notches are carved at the base. |
