Description | Wooden flat bottom river boat model; the sides, each of a single plank, extend beyond the stern to support a flat (missing) and culminate at the other end in a sharply upturned bow; the bottom plank curves upward and extends beyond the bow as a small platform supporting a stylized bird; the interior and exterior of the bow area are painted with red and black scroll and quatrafoil designs; two thwarts span the hull; a hole is drilled through the center thwart to support a mast. |
