Description | Large model of boat carved from single piece of wood which tapers to point at bow and to a two-pronged projection at stern; slats of wood form a deck at bow and stern and along each side; three thwarts span the hull; the center thwart has a hole to support the mast and single sail; four oars accompany model; gunwale-like strips of wood support four nails which serve as oarlocks. |
