Description | Section of a cradle, elaborately carved of wood; generally rectangular in shape with a shallow curved bowl running down center; the top of the wide end continues as a pierced projection; the bowl flattens at the narrow end and culminates in a pierced oval; a bell shaped incised design also decorates this end; small scroll-like carved projections decorate the side edges. |
