Description

Wide leg coverings consisting of two panels of brown silk attached to a wide waistband of blue cotton with ties at each side. A brown velvet binding with a narrow blue cord above it edge each panel on three sides; metal studs secure small metal plates beneath the fabric. A heavy cotton padding lines the metal plates.
