Description | "Pottery spindle whorl, hard baked brown, Class IIb stemmed." as per register. Design is three bands, with two interior diamonds surrounding a line of circles. Encircling band with perpendicular lines, and two concentric circles around it. Stem is angled, not vertical, and decorated with two concentric circles, and three squares made of four circles. Four double lines made of 5 circles each on the flat bottom. |
