Description | "Pottery spindle whorl, yellow brown, Class IIb stemmed." as per register. Design is three bands, with two interior diamonds, with a circle inside each. Encircling band with perpendicular lines, and one concentric circle around it. Stem is angled, not vertical, and decorated with a band with a continuation of the design of the other bands. Four lines made of circles extending from the interior hole to the exterior, on the flat bottom. |
