Description | Wooden puppet of female. Body painted gold. Arms are jointed at shoulder and elbow. Long sticks tied to hands for motioning. Long purple dress extends down from waist. White belt around waist. Cloth strip down the chest with tubular glass beads. Metal ornament of floral design on breast. Head is painted in flesh tones which where worn reveal a red undercoat. Black hair. Gold, purple and red head gear which points upward in back of head. Long wooden stick which terminates in metal point is used to support the puppet. Hand is held under skirt, and stick extends through the puppet to the head. |
