Description

Warp: \ linen; tan.

Weft: \ linen; tan: \ wool; red, apricot, dark-grey, Loops: linen; tan.

Technique: Tapestry over two alt three warps. Linen loops knotted.

Loops in rows between tapestry panels. One panel carries animals in the half-0gives made by a wavy stem sprouting tendrils. The other carries a series of discs carrying baskets of flowers, leaves or large disc crested with small ones. Both bands have edges of leaf cresting.
