Description | Thermos painted green with purple, orange, and red flowers, green foliage, white lines and gold circles. There is a metal handle on the side and a plastic plug on the bottom. There is a plastic ring around the neck interior with a glass interior lining. There is a small sheet of paper with product information (in Chinese) still inside. Deer Brand [鹿牌 and deer figure]. Circa 1950, this became a standard feature in any home--ger or apartment--as it kept water hot for almost 24 hours. The painted design is clearly 'modern.' The liner is glass, the exterior and cup are metal, and the stopper is cork. |
