Description | Luo, (小) 鑼 also called 手鑼, hand held Gong. Circular, metal, convex. Wooden mallet is missing. Played by grasping the inner edge of the gong rim in the left hand, while striking the outer surface with a wooden mallet. Hand held gongs exist in different pitches: high, middle, and low. There are Chinese characters on inner surface in black. Good condition. |
