red ware. Spherical body. flaring neck, two vertical loop handles undecorated.

Narrow-necked jar/bottle with a globular body, hyperboloid neck, rounded rim, 2 strap handles on the body, and a flat base. There are no molded/modeled additions and no decoration. There appears to be a burnished finish on the exterior. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange in color. There is a textile imprint on the bottom and sides. The catalogue number is written on the object in black ink. Black ink on the bottom of the base reads: "835."
